006- [phone] A learning experience....

Hi~ This is Teddie.

I just started school this week, and I already learned a whole lot.

But there was one thing one of the teachers said that I still don't understand.....

[His voice is just brimming with innocent curiosity.]

Can anyone tell me what 'sexual intercourse' is?

The birds and the bees is a idiom. It's used to teach someone young about sexual intercourse and pregnancy.

So, really, bees aren't used for anything.

..... If the bees aren't used for anything, then why do they try to teach kids about them?

It's to equate it in terms they'd understand.

But everyone else told me there were birds and bees involved. And... a lot of other stuff too...

[Like the stork, or the cabbage patch, or the bases....]

It's all so complicated. How do humans figure it out?

There aren't, unless if they're in to that sort of thing.

... I suppose instincts?

Instincts, huh...?

I wonder if I have any instincts....

I'd hope you would, or else you'd effectively be like one of the drones here.
